Business User Requirements
Business users must additionally comply with the following:

- Honour all bookings made through the platform
- Provide services as described in listings
- Only upload photos, deals, and events that you are authorized to publish for that business
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints
- Not manipulate or falsify reviews, ratings, or rankings
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations for your business
- Maintain appropriate licences and insurance
- Not solicit customers to complete transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or behaviour that violates this Policy, please report it to us immediately. You can report violations by:

Enforcement and Consequences
