Overview

This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Moji Local. Moji Local offers monthly subscription plans for local businesses. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

Subscriptions

Moji Local subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

There are no long-term contracts or minimum terms. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received duplicate billing, or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your listing, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the case promptly.

Refunds are not typically issued for:

  • Partial months already used
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with the number of customer enquiries received

Where mandatory consumer rights apply under UK law, those rights are not limited by this policy.

Payment handling

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as Merchant of Record for all Moji Local payments. Paddle handles VAT, invoicing, chargebacks, and billing disputes. For payment-related queries, you may also contact Paddle directly via their support channels.
